Due to the size of the main house, rental of a Private Room for
a Meeting (during business hours) is $75.00 (up to 2 1/2 hours).
Just a meeting and no food service, water service - a Pitcher of
Water is $3.00 per pitcher. May order off the group menu for
beverages & meals. Or a special meal may be catered. You
must plan ahead for this and a fee of $25 non-refundable deposit is required. These charges cover rental of our facilities for one's business meeting, restrooms, electricity, heat/air, tables, chairs and staffing.
~ Rental of Victorian House is Available for Private Party Weekend or Evening ~
Arriving 30 minutes prior to set up and allows 15 minutes for the party to end. Example: Party starts at 2:00 and ends by 4:30. The host arrives at 1:30 and the party ends by 4:45. A rate of $25.00 automatically added if event runs longer.
Rental 2 - 3 hours = $ 85.00 Rental 3 - 4 hours = $150.00 Up to 40 people.
